  7. Wardrobes

  8. Paintings
    Inside and Outside with Supercem cement paint and enamel paint for doors and windows. Main Entrance Door with polish.

  9. Electrical
    Three phase power connection with independent meter. Concealed Telephone, T.V and cable T.V points. Ample power points as per Architect's advice will be provided. One Generator set will be provided in common. Common lighting, lift, water motor and in addition, one fan and light point of every individual flat will be connected to the generator in case of power failure. Necessary provisions for fixing Air condition equipment with plug point and grill.

  10. General
    Overhead Tank with adequate storage capacity for Bore well water and metro water and one underground sump of adequate capacity with pump set will be provided. At the top floor the height of the parapet wall will be 4½ feet.

  11. Amenities Which Can Be Provided at Extra Cost
    Additional Kitchen shelves, additional lofts etc light fittings, additional light points and other additional items of work can be carried out at extra cost.
