ABOUT OURSELVES
Vasanth Builders are in the business of Flat Promotion since 1985. Till 1999, we
have constructed and delivered 1380 flats in 68 buildings. Currently another 10
buildings are under construction comprising another 115 flats.
The Company is professionally managed where 70 full time staff members are
working supported by professional consultants for Design, Construction,
Accounts, legal & Management specialities.
The Construction is done by
selected sub-contractors drawn form a pool of 400 experienced sub-contractors.
We have a team of qualified and experienced supervisors to ensure the quality of
materials and workmanship a every stage of construction.

Our projects are located in prominent areas in the City, which are ideally
suited for privacy, calm and comfortable living which are normally found only in
suburbs. Markets, Schools, Hospitals and Bus Services are located within 5
minutes of walking distance. Still these are separated from traffic, noise, dust

All our building are designed by qualified Architects, to be functional,
spacious and are well ventilated with large windows
Care is taken to ensure the privacy of each flat. The foundation and Structural
design is done by reputed Engineering Consultants.

DEEDS
The title to the property for the proposed projects is free from al encumbrances
and is absolutely clear. To assist your scrutiny our record are available for
your inspection and/or legal scrutiny.
