office before 10.30am on 17/08/2000 separate seal offer application along with prescribed EMD amount in the form
of Demand Draft drawn infavour of the below address payable at

Sealed offer covers will be opened at 11.00
on 17/08/2000 in the presence of the applicants available. After that, open auction will be
the initial price for the open auction.
The upset price or the highest bid amount quoted by the sealed offer applicants
whichever is higher will be initial price for the open auction
