How To Apply

Cost Of Application  :   Rs.110

         10% cost of the plot should be sent along with the application  & the confirmation order will be issued within a month for the date of application. On receipt of allotment, 15% cost of the plot will have to be paid within a month. 90% cost of the plot will also be accepted on receipt of allotment. If allotment is made on hire purchase basis the duration of repayment period is 5 years with 12% rate of interest. Lump sum payment is also accepted during installment period. Monthly installment can be paid by cheque also. Financial cost is fixed.  Only in the case of extend of land excess over & above the allotment order, in that case only liable to pay extend land cost with interest. 

Timings to receive cash payment  :  10 a.m  to 2 p.m  on working days

                                                     10 a.m  to12 p.m on Saturdays

Mode Of Allotment

Ambattur PhaseIII ,Madhavaram and Kodungaiyur are allotted  through the daily sealed offer.
Kakkalur alone is allotted  through First come First Served method.

Proceedings for Sale Deeds

In the case, other than Residential those who have paid full amount and also submitted the local body approving plan, sale deed will be executed without construction.  For Residential plot , house constructed has to be made 1/4th of the plot extended as per the approved plan & also property tax receipt should be produced.

When and How to Start Construction.

In case of residential plots, within 18 months from the date of allotment  and also only on receipt of the plan and No objection permit from TNHB & Local body construction has to be started.

Income Tax Benefit 

Those who have purchased ready built flat are eligible to claim income tax relate for interest paid during the financial year.

About Joint Purchase and Name Transfer. 

Property can also be purchased in the joint name among the Husband and Wife. Only in case of death name transfer is allowed to their Legal Heirs.      

For NRIs

NRIs can also apply &  payment can be made through NRI account.
